Financial assistance for Bluestone customers affected by the bushfires

We understand that some of our customers may have been affected by the devastating bushfire crisis. We want to help out where we can.

That’s why customers directly affected by the bushfires can apply for the following financial assistance:

  • $5000 grant for customers who have lost their home to the bushfires to help with immediate expenses like temporary accommodation, clothes, or other unexpected expenses
  • Up to a 3-month deferral of loan payments for anyone experiencing financial hardship or loss of income as a direct result of the fires, including volunteer firefighters and army reservists.
