ESignature coming soon for applications with individual borrowers

eSignature is here

Turn your customers’ applications around even faster! The ApplyOnline supplementary form and customer declaration form (for alt-doc applications) can now be electronically signed before submission, provided the eSign request has originated from the Bluestone application and all applicants have consented.

With eSignature it’s quicker and easier to submit applications – as long as all conditions are met, applicants and brokers can all sign online instead of having to provide a wet signature.

What do you need to send an eSign request?

Links will soon be made available in the supporting documents tab of the application. To send an eSign request, you will need to:

  • Complete all mandatory fields on every tab (green tick showing)
  • Complete the following in the ‘Applicant’ tab for each borrower:
    – Unique email address and mobile phone number
    – Select ‘Face to Face Identity Check’
    – Provide two forms of identity as per verification of identity requirements
    – Select ‘Consent for electronic delivery of documents, statements and notices.’

Each customer will then receive the link to sign the forms via email. They will need to access the link using SMS authentication.

Once signed, a copy of the forms and certificate of completion will be automatically attached to the application, ready to submit. The process is easy to use and you will be guided along the way.
