Independent Legal advice (ILA) – must be from an independent solicitor and is required for any applicant:
- aged 60 years and older
- of whom is a borrower of convenience (on loan, but not title)
- that does not speak or have the ability to understand English (ILA with interpreter’s certificate).
Independent legal advice (ILA) is not able to be waived by Bluestone.
