Bluestone's WGEA statement

At Bluestone, we recognise the importance of promoting a workplace that values diversity, equity and inclusion. We appreciate the importance of gender equality and are committed to reducing the gender pay gap within our organisation.

As is typical in many finance organisations, we have a lower proportion of females in senior leadership roles and a higher proportion in our lower paid roles, which has contributed to our gender pay gap.

Pleasingly, the FY23-24 WGEA report highlights our progress in boosting female representation at Bluestone, showing a 32% increase in females in Key Management Positions (KMPs), bringing the total number of females in the category to 50%.

We will continue to focus on our recruitment and talent management policies and practices to ensure a diverse and equal workforce.
