Mark Jones

Mark Jones
Chief Executive Officer
Mark Jones joined Bluestone in the role of CEO in August 2023. With an extensive background in the financial services industry, Mark brings a wealth of experience through his distinguished career spanning the Global Banks in Asia, Big 4 and FinTech Lending sectors.
Mark’s leadership as the CEO of SocietyOne secured a remarkable seven-fold increase in originations within a four year period, underscoring Mark’s ability to drive substantial growth. During his tenure there, he oversaw a comprehensive overhaul of marketing and digital capabilities to deliver improved customer experience and outcomes. He spearheaded the upgrading of credit policies and practices, pricing, launch of the broker channel and transition to warehouse funding that played a pivotal role in moving the company toward sustained profitability. Mark has a strong understanding of the mortgage market from when he was responsible for Citibank mortgages business in Australia.
Mark’s customer-centric focus and track record of driving growth and profitability puts him in a position to shape Bluestone’s future and build its position as a leader in the non-bank sector.

San Midha

San Midha
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO San has oversight and responsibility of the fiscal performance of Bluestone. The role includes leadership of financial operations, financial control, statutory and management reporting, product management and pricing, portfolio and balance sheet performance. The role is key to providing visibility of the Groups performance to Bluestone’s Board and Shareholder Cerberus.
Prior to Bluestone San Midha was Deputy Secretary at NSW Treasury. The Groups key role was to provide oversight of policy development across the sector and provide advice Cabinet and to the Government’s top Cabinet body the Expenditure Review Committee chaired by Premier/Treasurer. The group was also responsible for Financial Risk management and looks to optimise the use of the Governments balance sheet, managing liquidity and borrowings and overseeing c$40bn of funds under management. The group is also responsible for delivering of the annual Budget C$100bn, Half-Yearly Review and provision of advice to other Cabinet Sub Committees.
San and the team lead on a number of projects designed to achieve a change in the sector including the implementation of Outcome based budgeting, building the NSW generations fund, development of the Transport Asset Holding Entity and undertaking a transformation of Banking arrangements within NSW agencies with banking partners and other financial services suppliers.
San represented Treasury and the Secretary various Boards and Committee across the Sector including Customer Digital Council, Infrastructure NSW Board, Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO), Delivery and Performance Senior Officers Group, Greater Sydney Commission etc.
San worked for Santander UK in London for a period of approximately 10 years. During this time San was MD of the Product Sales division in the Corporate Bank, MD of the Intermediary Division and managed several large change programs involving extensive stakeholder management. Prior to that San worked for Westpac in Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategy, Project management, and Finance.
San has a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University and Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University.

Tony MacRae

Tony MacRae assumed the role of Chief Sales Officer at Bluestone in August 2023 with a wealth of experience in financial services, including a decade with the Westpac Group as Acting CEO of RAMS and GM Third Party Distribution at Westpac.
Tony has an industry-wide reputation of successful execution of sales initiatives, driving strategic direction, building partnerships, and leading teams to strong business growth. Tony leads Bluestone’s efforts to ensure our broker partners are best positioned to help more customers.

Kerry Sheehan

Kerry Sheehan
Chief Risk Officer
Kerry joined Bluestone in 2021 to lead the Risk function. With an extensive background in risk management, Kerry has over 10 years of risk and audit professional experience. Before joining Bluestone, Kerry worked in the UK for Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, and then for Zurich Financial Services Australia.
Big4 KPMG consultancy trained, Kerry has global experience through her previous role as a global portfolio senior manager for Zurich where she looked after compliance/legal and risk audit engagements throughout APAC and Europe.
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London in addition to her ACA (chartered accountancy) qualification.

Milos Ilic-Miloradovic

Milos joined us in February 2022 as the Treasurer and is responsible for the company’s public & private funding programmes. He came to Bluestone from Natixis, where he was responsible for the Australian structured credit solutions business for three years. Prior to this he was with Macquarie in both the UK and Australia across securitisation as well as corporated debt structuring and distribution.
Milos holds a Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Commerce (Hons Finance) from UNSW and brings twelve years of debt arranging, structuring, advisory and execution experience across multiple products (with a focus on residential mortgage backed securities) across Australia, Europe, Japan and the US.

Helen Attia

Helen joined Bluestone in March 2023 to lead the People and Culture function. In this role, Helen is focused on creating a people strategy that supports Bluestone’s strategic objectives, and creating an environment where our people can be their best.
Helen brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience gained from a variety of local and global organisations. Helen’s most recent role was leading the Asia Pacific People team for Civica, a global software company, and supporting the business through a period of transformation and growth.
Helen holds a Master of Commerce from the University of NSW and an Applied Science degree from the University of Sydney.
